It can be hard to take time to care for your soul when there is so much work to get done. \nIf you already have set aside the time for our usual Lunch ’n Learn this month\, take that time to care for your soul. Step away from your desk and take yourself to lunch\, get a coffee\, go for a walk\, or find a good book to read.
